Do your suction cups work?

Our suction cups are made in the USA by Adams Manufacturing and we believe they are the best suction cups available.  Phthalate and BPA free, they can lift the entire Bobbin when properly applied!  If you find you're having problems please check out Adams' tips and information on suction cups.

How do I prepare the surface of my Bobbin Triple Play Centre for adhering the Bobble Toys?

THOROUGHLY clean the Bobbin top with a damp cloth to remove any film or residue. ALLOW TO DRY COMPLETELY. If suction cups are attached to a damp surface they will damage the lacquer finish. Place Bobble Toys onto the cleaned area and press down. Be certain that ALL suction cups are pressed down onto the surface.

How do I remove the Bobble Toys from the top of the Bobbin Triple Play Centre?

To remove the Bobble Toys grasp the small release tab on each suction cup and gently pull up and out simultaneously. If the release tab on the suction cup is not visible slide a round edged implement (a plastic spatula will work nicely) under the suction cup to break the seal.

Can I use the Bobble Toys on surfaces other than the Bobbin Triple Play Centre?

IMPORTANT: Suction cups may leave rings on furniture finishes other than the Bobbin Triple Play Centre including painted surfaces, counter tops and solid wood finishes. You may use the toys on any smooth surface; however Three Pears is not responsible for any damage to these surfaces.

If a suction cup fails or is damaged how do I replace or repair the damaged one?

What standards are in place to ensure childen's safety?

The safety and security of your baby is our highest priority. The Bobbin Triple Play Centre and Bobble Toys exceed the standards set by the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (CCPSA) relevant to Toy Regulations as well as Children's Furniture. The Bobbin and Bobble Toys have been third party tested and conforms to US ASTM F2012 Standards for Stationary Activity Centers.

What is the max weight and height restriction for The Bobbin Triple Play Centre?

The maximum weight is 11.3 kilograms (25 pounds). Maximum height is 81 centimetres (32 inches).

How do I attach the felt floor protector to the bottom of my Bobbin Triple Play Centre?

Once you have fully assembled your Bobbin Triple Play Centre it is time to apply the felt floor protector. First, flip your Bobbin over (being sure to place top on soft, dirt free surface to avoid scratching) and ensure the Formica surface is clean and dry. Next remove the adhesive backing from one side of the felt protector (both sides are removable so pick one). Pull the backing off evenly and slowly to avoid tearing the felt. The felt adhesive is very sticky so please be patient as you separate the two pieces. Once you have removed the backing, line up the felt with the Formica bottom of The Bobbin and firmly press the felt down.
IMPORTANT: This step is very important as the felt will protect your flooring as well as the Formica table top from scratches and damage. Three Pears is not responsible for any damage to floors or surface on which The Bobbin Triple Play Centre sits.

How do I remove the felt floor protector from the bottom of my Bobbin Triple Play Centre?

To remove the felt floor protector flip your Bobbin over (being sure to place top on soft, dirt free surface to avoid scratching and/or rubbing) and peel felt away starting at one edge. The protector should easily pull off of the Formica surface. If there is any remaining residue on the Formica from the adhesive, use mild soap and water on a cloth and dry immediately. The adhesive is water based so no additional cleaners or chemicals are required. The felt protector is reusable if kept clean; to save for re-use, roll the protector up and place in a plastic bag to keep dirt free for maximum adhesion. 


What is Three Pears Warranty of Satisfaction Guarantee?

Three Pears Inc. warrants products to be free from defects in material and workmanship existing at the time of manufacture, for a period of two years from the date of initial purchase. Three Pears will repair or replace any product (at their option) if defective in material workmanship. No warranty is expressed or implied regarding damage resulting from consumer misuse or neglect or for any consequential damages arising out of the use of our products.

Can I order custom colours for my Bobbin Triple Play Centre and Bobble Toys?

Yes, as we manufacture our products in Canada we are able to produce custom colours for every one of our products. Additional charges may apply for the materials, labour and logistics of your order. Please contact us directly to set up an appointment to discuss request details.


I bought a Three Pears product online and no longer want to receive the order. How do I cancel the order?

If you wish to cancel your order please contact Three Pears at 1.416.532.8419 as soon as possible. If the order has already left our warehouse your refund will be processed as a standard return.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your products and shopping experience with us so we take on the responsibility of shipping if you wish to return your product. Returns must be received in original condition within 30 days. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment. Cheque and cash payments will be returned via a refund cheque.
